DIALOGUE FOR JOB INTERVIEW

PT. SEJAHTERA, Tbk is opening for a job vacancy for administration staff, and there are two applicants being interviewed by the HRD. And this is the dialogue between the interviewer and interviewee.

Yuni      : Excuse me Mrs, may I come in?

Selfi      : Excuse me Mrs…

HRD     : yes please. Come in and have a sit.

Y & S   : Thank you.

HRD     : Okay, I’ve seen to your CV. So, who’s Yuni here?

Yuni      : Me Mrs..

HRD     : And Selfi ?

Selfi      : Me Mrs.

HRD     : Okay Ladies, my name is Desi. I am the head of Humans Researched Development in this company.

Y & S   : Glad to meet you Mrs.

HRD     : So, Ms.Yuni and Ms.Selfi. Can you tell me about yourself?

Yuni      : Yes, Mrs.  My name is YuniFajarwati. I’m 22 years old. I graduated as a Bachelor of Economics in management major from Gunadarma University with GPA 3.35. My hobby are reading and sport. I live in Depok.

HRD     : And how about you Ms. Selfi?

Selfi      : My name is NurSelfi. I’m 22 years old. I graduated as bachelor of economics in accounting major from Gunadarma University with GPA 3.4. My hobby are reading and cooking. And I live in Cibinong – Bogor.

HRD     : Ok. So, Ms. Yuni in your resume you have an experience in part-time job, right?

Yuni      : Yes, Mrs.  I have an experience in part-time job as a tutor for Primary School and Junior High School when I’m study in University.

HRD     : Ok, good. And Ms. Selfi do you have a job experience?

Selfi      : No, Mrs. I’m fresh graduate and this is my first time I apply to Full-time job.

HRD     : Hmm, I see. What the software that you can operate?

Yuni      : I can operate Ms. Office, Internet, also Zahir and MYOB.

Selfi      : I can operate Ms. Office, Internet, Potoshop, and MYOB.

HRD     : Good. So, can you tell me about your excess and the reasons why our company should accept your application?

Yuni      : I have an experience in part-time job and it’s have allowed me to develop my personal skill. Personal attributes that I believe make me suitable for this position is Iam a hard worker, I can work as a group and individual, I have communication skill and I’m good in time management.

Selfi      : I have communication skill, I like to learn a new thing, I am fast learner and it’s make me to develop my skill, I can work as a group and individuals, on time and responsible.

HRD     : Sounds good. I think I’m interest with this interview, I’ll consider it later. If I’ll decided to next level, I’ll let you know within a week.

Yuni      : Thank you Mrs. Desi I’ll looking forward to your consider. Have a nice day!

Selfi      : Thank you Mrs. Desi I hope you give me a chance to join your company. Have a nice day.

HRD     : Yes, you are welcome. Have a nice day too.
